The Revolutionary BioFoam chassis attachment system eliminates injury-causing plastic rivets and utilizes soft plastics and TPR rubbers without high points that could injure in the event of an impact. Chest and back plastic shells highly perforated for maximum airflow. Chest plastic shell CE Certified to EN14021 (stone shield). Air channels molded into the BioFoam allow hot air to escape. Integrated Y-strap system for modular use— with or without the back plate. Chest and back plastic shells are constructed from a plastic that balances high levels of flexibility with low weight.
