Returns

We know that mistakes can happen. After receiving your order, please check your order right away for any errors or damage. If you do run into an issue, please call 512-402-7483 or email us at mummy@motomummy.com immediately.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) NUMBER

All items that are being returned or exchanged must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If you do not receive one before sending your item back, the item will either be refused or will be subject to a restocking fee.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order and must be delivered to us within 15 days of receiving your return authorization information.
  • All returns must have an RMA number listed on the outside of the box either under the "MotoMummy" portion of the shipping label or clearly written on the outside of the box. Otherwise, the package will be refused and returned to you.

 

PRODUCT CONDITION

All returns must be in 100% new condition and in new packaging, uninstalled, and come with all original documents including installation instructions and/or product tags. If the item is not in new condition your return is subject to refusal or a restocking fee.

 

REFUNDS/STORE CREDIT PROCESS

Please log into your account, go to your order history and choose "Return Item" to start the return process. We can either issue issue you store credit or a refund minus a shipping & processing fee.

 

Return for Store Credit

If you are choosing store credit, you will have to pay for shipping back to us. You will receive full store credit for the product(s) being returned once your return has been processed, depending on the condition of the item.

 

Return for Refund

If you are wanting to be refunded, you will have to pay for shipping back to us and will be refunded minus original shipping & processing charges. Refunds can take from 1 to 4 business days to be processed, please note that your bank could take longer. If we are unable to refund the original payment method for any reason, we will issue you store credit in that amount instead. 

 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and arrangements unless MotoMummy was at fault. We can email you a prepaid shipping label to send your item back. However, a $15 shipping fee will be subtracted from your return, along with any other restocking fee that may apply. This is only available for customers within the contiguous 48 states.

 

Make sure the items are packaged well, in a shipping box other than the manufacturers packaging to avoid any damage in shipping. Do not adhere shipping label directly to manufacturer packaging. The only exception would be exhausts which may be returned in the manufacturers packaging. 

All tires can be returned for store credit minus a 10% restocking fee or a refund minus a 15% restocking as this covers our cost we originally paid to ship them to you.

 

REFUSED/UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If you refuse your order or you fail to take delivery of your order and it is shipped back to us, it is subject to a $15 minimum or 20% restocking fee. We will apply whichever is greater to all packages returned to sender. Also please understand that this will greatly delay the time it takes us to process your return.

 

ITEMS WE CAN’T RETURN/EXCHANGE

Electronics: We do not accept returns on electronics, due to the fact we cannot test them. All electronics from MotoMummy are sold new. If you have a problem with an electronic item, please contact the manufacturer directly for further assistance. If the item does need to be warrantied the manufacturer will have to assist you.

Brake Lines: We cannot return or exchange brake lines that are custom colors or custom made. Most of the brake lines that we offer are custom made for you.

Special Ordered Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on an item that was specifically made for you. If you placed an order for an item that was a special ordered item, you should have received an email from us letting you know it is being made for you. If this is the case, we will not be able to accept the item back in a return or exchange and all sales are final.
