Our Story

In 2005 Corey had just finished his active duty service with the U.S. Air Force and started college. His idea to start MotoMummy came from his passion for riding after buying his first motorcycle, a 99 Yamaha R1. He started the company in his house. After a few short months the company had grown enough that he rented a 500-sq-ft store just off campus.

The following year we started dating and I started helping with customer service, returns and shipping. I didn’t know anything about motorcycles, but I learned quickly because the passion Corey had for the business was compelling. We were continuing to grow and outgrew our little store. We knew it was time to move.

Minnesota was wonderful, but the riding season wasn’t long enough. So in 2008 after graduating college we packed our things and moved the company to Round Rock, Texas.

By 2009 I had bought my first street bike, a 09 Ninja 250, and we started to ride on the street. It wasn’t until 2016 that the MotoMummy team started doing track days and we were hooked. The team at MotoMummy is composed of all riders, like you, who love the sport and are always trying to expand our knowledge. We just have a passion for anything with two wheels.

We are a veteran, family & women owned and operated company. We started small and try and keep the small business touch even as we have grown and continue to grow. Our goal to you is to give you the best technical support and service before, during, and after the sale. You can call us with any of your questions and talk to a fellow enthusiast. Tech support is at the core of our business. Our goal isn't to sell you products but solve your problem.
