Provides convenient access to spring retaining ring for removal of clutch springs and plates for 1990-1997 Big Twin models, 1991-up Sportster models, and 1995-2001 Buell models. Replaces OEM #38515A.

- Designed to install fork caps on forks with a large amount of spring pre-load
- Will work on most 39mm and 41mm Harley-Davidson forks
