How it works

We offer customers rewards points on select brands. Place an order with us and you will receive 5 points for every dollar you spend. Once we have completed your order, you will receive your points. Those points can then be used on your next order with us.

How you earn points

There are two ways to earn points. The first way to receive points is when you place an order. The second way to receive points is to refer your friends. You can refer friends by going to the bottom left of your screen you should see a gold button that says "Mummy Gold". Then click on the "Refer your friends" for more details.

How to redeem points

Sign in to your MotoMummy account. Then go to our home page and on the bottom left of your screen you should see a gold button that says "Mummy Gold". Click on that and it will tell you how many points you have earned. Click on "All rewards" and then click on "Redeem". Click on the gold circle and slide it to the right to choose how many points you want to redeem. The minimum you can redeem is 100 points (for $1.00). You can redeem the points in 100 point increments. Then click "Redeem" and it will generate a code for you to use right away. It will also email you with the code if you are not ready to place an order right away.

Do points Expire

Your points will start to expire 1 year (365 days) from the date your order was completed. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for anyone who has not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more. You will receive an email prior to your points expiering.
