What has been your craziest and/or most memorable riding experience so far?

My most memorable riding experience thus far is from when I rode at Barber Motorsports Park track. This track is located in Birmingham, AL with tracking organization Sport bike Track time. A different motorcycle school organization with amazing instructors. My first time there was last year during Labor Day weekend, rode Sunday and Monday. As quoted by one of the instructors I had been working with that weekend “That was the best Moto3 race I’ve experienced.”

Where is your favorite place that you have gotten to ride so far?

So, piggyback off the first question, so far, it’s been Barber Motorsports track. There are a lot of elevation changes, sweeping and blind turns. The track is smooth and the transition from one portion of the track flows easily into the next turn.

Where is your dream place to go ride someday?

I wouldn’t call it a dream place but is something I do aspire to do while I can still ride. If I had to pick a stateside track, it would be Laguna Seca, just so that I can experience the infamous Corkscrew. The Corkscrew drops 59 feet between the entrance of Turn 8 to the exit of Turn 8A—the equivalent of a 5½ story drop—in only 450 feet of track length. From Turn 8 to Turn 9, the elevation falls 109 feet, or just over 10 stories.

Overseas, I would like ride MotorLand Aragon in Spain. It a well-known liked track among the Moto GP worlds. Looking at that layout it appears to have same the fluidness that that Barber Motorsports track with similar elevation changes.

So far, I have really enjoyed taking my Vulcan out on some of the quieter roads towards west Texas-Houston area. What has been your craziest and/or most memorable riding experience so far?

Oh boy, I was at a racing event, racing against a buddy of mine, the guy that raced before us blew his motor up and put oil all over the track in my lane, track crew came out and cleaned it up as good as they could but I was still worried about spinning my tire and crashing, so I launched as hard as I could so if I was going to spin it would be while I was still going slow and could save it. I ended up wheely-ing so hard both my tires came off the track and I was basically flying through the air.
