Italian spirit and fighting soul. All combined with a dark look. The LeoVince Factory S Carbon Fiber exhaust is the essence of LeoVince's research, which adapts the know-how developed in competition with each model to which the Factory S Carbon is intended.

Dark Soul (Carbon): The body is completely covered by two coats of pre-impregnated carbon fiber and a stainless steel mesh is placed beneath them to increase the resistance. Even the end cap is entirely made of carbon fiber to enhance the lightweight performance of the Factory S. In the dual muffler systems, the end cap geometry is specifically designed to determine the right and left versions, ensuring an exclusive look. Inside the body, two fiberglass types and stainless steel mesh protect the outer surface from the exhaust gases with a resistance up to 900 C, always ensuring an optimal sound and a longer duration.
Stainless Passion (Stainless Steel): The Factory S stainless steel body is totally made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with exterior sandblasting carried out with stainless steel grit to ensure a uniform and long-lasting surface. Inside, high thermal resistance (900 C) fiberglass wool is applied through the use of a single proprietary and volumized yarn, to allow the sound-absorbing material to expand freely, without the fibers losing integrity, greatly increasing the durability. The end cap is entirely made of carbon fiber to enhance the lightweight performance of the Factory S.
Full Carbon Bracket: The bracket is entirely designed in full carbon, with variable sections and five different carbon coats which are pre-impregnated of high-resistance and anti-UV resins.
How this exhaust was designed: LeoVince products are created in their own devoted R&D facility using advanced and state-of-the-art CAD / CAM technology. Every prototype is run largely on the dyno and, once approved, is tested on the track under the most severe conditions. In many cases LeoVince R&D works hand-in-hand with manufacturer factory race teams for further development.
How this exhaust was made: LeoVince facilities are completely inclusive, including all facets of production, stamping, welding, bending, and carbon fiber molding.
