About the Celebr-8 Helmet
The AGV GP Tech Rossi “Celebr-8” Helmet was released in 2008 to commemorate an incredible milestone in the career of MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi — his 8th World Championship title. Worn during the 2008 MotoGP season, the special edition design celebrated Rossi’s dominance across multiple racing classes and his continued place among the greatest riders in motorcycle racing history.
The standout feature of the “Celebr-8” graphic is the oversized number “8” displayed prominently across the top of the helmet, symbolizing Rossi’s championship victories in 1997, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2008. Combined with Rossi’s signature fluorescent yellow accents and bold racing graphics, the design perfectly captures the excitement and personality that made him a global icon both on and off the track.
